Where are we headed next week...?

We have been to all 32 states in Mexico, and although we have seen almost all there is to see in Mexico, there are still a few items to cross off the list. As well as a few places that we don't mind returning to!

One of those places is El Chico National Park and the town of Mineral del Chicos.

We had been in that area in March of 2020 with our last RV Caravan group. At the time, I had said in one of the blog posts that "...there are a ton of trails here. We could spend a week exploring!"

So that's exactly what we plan on doing. And there are a lot of other areas of that park to explore as well. 

We plan to leave here next Monday morning. We'll take a couple of days to drive up there.

We'll be gone about three weeks or so. While we've been enjoying our time here as we always do, we're ready for some exploring!

I took a photo of our house yesterday. I'm always taking a photo of the lake from the upstairs patio because the view is so spectacular, but I thought I would show you what it looks like from the lake looking back at the house.

You can see Igor parked on the right side of the back of the house.

Too bad he doesn't fit under the car port!

Today, I will finish the shelving job in Igor, and start getting his interior cleaned up so that we can begin moving everything back in that we had removed to fix the ant problem. They all seem to be gone!
