We sold our house in Ottawa, Canada in the fall of 2007 and bought a motorhome, affectionately nicknamed Sherman. At the time, we had our faithful traveling companion Whiskey with us, and so we embarked on a four and a half year journey exploring Canada, the U.S., and Mexico with their RV.
Whiskey passed away in the fall of 2011. As much as we miss her, being without a dog means that we can explore outside of North America now as well.
