So, we've got almost a three hour drive ahead of us, plus we want to stop and do a walk to a waterfall, and a stop in Perth to see the house my great aunt used to live in.
Yesterday, we did a 6 mile (10 km) hike from the house up to Queen Mary's seat... a hilltop with views looking back towards the city.
View of Glasgow.
Zoomed in. It was a bit of a hazy day.
Another view.
Our return path took us through this wooded area.
Duck pond.
South Glasgow has a lot of park space. It's actually quite a nice area.
But, we've got more Scotland exploring to do, and we're looking forward to seeing the Aberdeen area.

And in Canada...
Nice price drop on the Apple Watch SE.
Those hazy skies could be from Canadian wildfires:
ReplyDelete"The Canadian wildfires have not directly affected the UK's air quality, but the smoke has caused hazy skies and reddish-orange sunsets in the UK. The smoke from the wildfires is high above the ground and not expected to have a significant impact on surface air quality in the UK."
It's hard to believe that the wildflires in Canada could be affecting the UK's skies but I guess it is possible, it just seems like it is too far to travel.
