The birthday weekend is over

Only one more sleep and I'm off to Newfoundland with my friends and Ruth is off to Hamilton to visit her sister. 

We've been really lucky with the weather here near Wolfville, Nova Scotia. Highs of around 23C (72F) and very pleasant.

He's so funny... he sleeps on his back sometimes, and looks like he's dead.

Lindsey had Justin's family over to celebrate Sadie's birthday yesterday. Boy, she had a real birthday long weekend, all the way from Thursday to Sunday!

No candles... just a cupcake and a lighter... too funny.

Ruth and I are meeting more traveling friends for lunch today. Looking forward to seeing Gregg and Janet, a couple we originally met in Morocco, then again in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. We know so many other travelers now, and it's so much fun to be able to get together around the world.
