I looked like it might rain, but it never did...
We woke up to our riverside campsite.
It wasn't long and we were at some more cool rock formations.
Freya, Bjorn, and Kevin heading into the canyon.

We weren't the only ones there.
In fact, there were a group of three small motorhomes from Italy. Three couples about our age. Yes, they drove all the way to Kyrgyzstan from Italy. Unfortunately we couldn't communicate with them very well. We would have love to have learned more about their trip.

We had done a nice two hour hike, but it was time to move on. We've got a lot we want to see over the next two weeks!
Scenery along the way.
We stopped in the town of Kochkor.
Local family.
Clothing market.
We got off the main highway and onto this side road looking for a campsite.
This will do! GPS 41.935621, 75.63549
Who needs a refrigerator when you've got an ice cold stream to cool off your drinks!
A fresh dusting of snow up in the mountains.
We can't get enough of the Kyrgyz strawberries!
Dusk.
Another great day in Kyrgyzstan. Next up, Song-Kol Lake.
