Another beach bum kind of a day. Sunny, cloudy periods, temperature about 30C (86F). Pretty much perfect.
Sat on the beach, read books, walked up and down the bay. Played 10 games of backgammon against Steve. He won 6 games to 4. Overall since we started, he is winning, 39-31.
Still, nobody came to collect the rent.
