The puppy's name is Solitario (Lonely), and we think that he sometimes lives up to that name. He's only about four months old. Chago isn't here all the time, and it's especially quiet here during he week. And when Chago is off running errands, Solitario gets tied up under a nearby truck.
But now that we are here, little Solitario has some company, and even though we've only been here a day, Solitario is sure happy to spend some time with us!
He wasted no time jumping up into Igor.
Me and Solitario having a nap.
He sure is a cute little guy!
He even came and sat with us during happy hour.
Chago learned that today was Ruth's birthday, and we had explained that we are celebrating in Mexico City this evening. But he said, we can have our own celebration here! So he bought some treats, and we had a little fiesta.
Chago brought out some sweet treats.
Fortunately, part of it was a cheese cake that Ruth could eat!
Turn up your volume...!
Chago and Kevin.
This morning, we are off to Mexico City. Igor is nice and safe here at the marina. We're only gone for two nights and will return on Saturday.

Happy birthday to Ruth! Solitario is adorable. Too bad your traveling lifestyle doesn't allow for a pup adoption, though I completely understand that.
ReplyDeleteThank you Emily!
DeleteSolitario is such a cute puppy we will certainly enjoy our time with him but you are totally right, our lifestyle just doesn't suit having a dog at the moment, this why we love to make a fuss of other people's dogs when we get the chance.
