Whiskey has a clean bill of health

Just a short update on Whiskey.

Stopped at the vet on our way to Ruth's Dad's place. They checked her abdomen, and said that everything looked fine this time so they removed her stitches and said she could return to her normal life.

They also had done a urology test to see if there was any evidence of crystals in her urine, and there was not. They also analyzed the stones they had removed during the operation and said that the special diet would NOT have dissolved this type of bladder stone, and that surgery would have been the only option. So we are glad we made that decision when we did.

It sure was nice to see her run after a squirrel this afternoon. She can't wait to go for a run on the beach in a few weeks!
