I had planned to give my 2004 Toyota Camry to my granddaughters, Malia and Samantha, for their 16 th birthday - in 3 years. Well, now I've purchased Petunia Smart Car and don't have plans to drive the Camry again; so, I've given it to them now. They can decide if it's too long to keep it waiting for the magic 16. I would say it's probably worth $6-7K although I'm really not sure of that figure. I just don't want to pay insurance, registration and storage on the off chance I might be able to use it at some later date. And, the more I drive Petunia, the better I like her.<br />For you, though, you have a car that you know inside and out - and you'll need a car later - I say KEEP IT.mps2343https://www.blogger.com/profile/06059253597064329074noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7171307653508307040.post-87215998959315081862013-08-13T15:11:40.669-04:002013-08-13T15:11:40.669-04:00Since you know the car and it runs well, you might...Since you know the car and it runs well, you might get a lemon if you sell it and buy a different used car in the future. I vote for finding a job closer to the grandchildren next year and picking up the car on your way. I don't know how much you were paid for your job this summer, but it sounded like too much work unless you were paid VERY well. I'm sure there are other jobs out there that will include pay where you wouldn't have to work so hard.RV Khronicles of Kevelynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16612195786405870520noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7171307653508307040.post-65688516019405986302013-08-13T14:50:31.542-04:002013-08-13T14:50:31.542-04:00Yes, it is inside storage.Yes, it is inside storage.Kevin Readhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05795747155781311686noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7171307653508307040.post-514492918665941702013-08-13T14:40:19.455-04:002013-08-13T14:40:19.455-04:00Excellent deal, stay with the storage.Excellent deal, stay with the storage.Contessa https://www.blogger.com/profile/01482663305121297253noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7171307653508307040.post-30489667768597059072013-08-13T14:31:40.821-04:002013-08-13T14:31:40.821-04:00That is a dilemma.
