http://www.become.com is a kind of a shopping website. If you search for a product, this website seems to send you to a more specialized website where you can buy the product that your looking for.
For example, if you're looking for a camping grill you could go to http://www.become.com and search for one. They will give you different prices from other different websites and then supply a link to the website where you could purchase what you're looking for.
Or, maybe you're looking for some tiki torches at which point you would go to http://www.become.com and enter your query into their search engine.
Once again, this website does not appear to be geared towards Canadian customers, but they do have some internation websites, just not one for Canada.
