Sometime last night, I woke up and Sherman was rocking! Half asleep, I thought maybe it was an earthquake.
I looked out the back window, and there was a stupid cow rubbbing his nose really hard on one of the bicycle tires. When he was done, another one came up and started licking it. Then there was yet another one licking the at the other end of the bike. This went on for about 10 minutes until they tired of it and moved on. Other than that, it was a very peaceful nights sleep.

In fact, we decided to stay in the farmers field one more night, despite the cows.
It was a bright blue sunny morning. Glen and Steve walked down to the beach while Ruth sat outside reading, and I took advantage of the sun on the solar panels to do the vacuuming. Our little hand vac is small, but it uses quite a bit of power. However on a sunny day like today, our batteries were pretty much totally charged by lunchtime anyhow.
Ruth made chicken enchiladas for all of us for lunch. Just as we were about to start, one of the ranchers children came walking down the hill with more fresh coconuts ready to drink. We’re guessing he was about 12 or 13 years old and used a big machete, the same as his Dad did yesterday. Then afterwards as we were just finishing up, two of the younger children came over. We showed them the inside of the motorhomes, and tried to talk to them, but they were pretty shy. We did learn that the rancher has 10 children! These two hung around for a while, and then the older boy showed up again, with a younger girl who was about 6. We started playing euchre at the table outside, and they just sat on the rear bumper and watched us. They were not annoying at all, just curious. We aren’t in a touristy area, and I have my doubts the younger children have seen many white people.

Ruth and I took Whiskey for a walk on the beach, and then we went for a quick swim. The water is warm, and so is the air temperature, so that is the right combination for me to get in swimming.
Played cards before having a snack for supper because we had our main meal at lunch. The Steve and Glen came over and we watched another movie on the laptop.
The temperature has been more tropical the last few days. High during the day of about 27C (81F) and low at night of about 20C (68F).
